RFP: Strategic Planning Facilitator
General Information: TERA seeks proposals from qualified consultants to design and facilitate a strategic planning process, to be completed by February 2026. The facilitator will create a process that engages the TERA board, staff, and community in shaping a values-driven long term plan for the organization. Core responsibilities include developing a process for staff pre-work, facilitating in-person visioning and strategy sessions, synthesizing input, and drafting the final strategic plan in collaboration with TERA leadership. The total budget for this work is not to exceed $10,000, inclusive of all fees and expenses.
Location: Reasonable proximity to Upper Lake, CA for site visits
Proposal Deadline: Wednesday, September 10, 4:00pm PT
