RFP: Architectural Services for Medium Rehabilitation of Training Facility
General Information: TERA seeks proposals from qualified Architectural firms to provide design and partial construction administration services for a medium rehabilitation and occupancy conversion of an existing storage building into a multi-purpose training facility. The project will be funded under a California Housing and Community Development (HCD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-DR).
Location: Reasonable proximity to Upper Lake, CA for site visits

RFP: Request for Proposals: Videography and Video Production Services
General Information: TERA and Robinson Rancheria are seeking proposals from experienced videography-media experts to collaborate with us to create several short videos regarding ecocultural stewardship and wildfire prevention in January-February 2026.
