Tribal EcoRestoration Alliance is requesting bids for the Training Building Renovation and Accessibility Upgrades Project.

Project Location: 8275 N Hwy 29, Upper Lake, Lake County, California 95485

Scope of Work: The building is a 2,500 sq ft, single-story structure built in 1999, with basic construction and no insulation, HVAC, or fire suppression. It currently lacks interior partitions and has minimal electrical and lighting. The upgrades will transform the building into a comfortable, safe, and accessible training center, supporting ecological, cultural, and educational activities. For instance, the new HVAC and insulation will allow year-round indoor training, while fire safety features (WUI compliance, CalFire approved materials) reduce wildfire risk.

Pre-Bid Conference: Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 1:00 - 2:30 PM, Location: Virtual on Zoom.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference Instructions:

A mandatory pre-bid conference for this Request for Bids (RFB) will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM (Pacific Time) via Zoom.

Prospective bidders are required to attend this conference to be considered responsive to this solicitation. The conference will provide an overview of the project requirements and an opportunity for bidders to ask questions regarding the bid documents.
