Our crew approaches the land with respect, care, and observation.

Before we lift a tool we look for nesting birds, rare understory plants, wildlife corridors, and cultural resources.

We strive to steward the land on behalf of all life.

Our Services

We offer an ecologically sensitive 6 person hand-crew with USFS certified sawyers. Our crew is also trained in OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and prioritizes the safety and well-being of the crew. Some of our services include:

  • Fuels reduction

  • Hazardous vegetation removal around structures

  • Native seed collection for onsite restoration work

  • Tree planting

  • Riparian, wetland, and oak woodland restoration

  • Invasive species removal (hand tools only, no chemical application)

  • Restoration of culturally important plants for basketry, food, medicine, and craft

In our next phase of training, our crew will earn their firefighter qualifications and gain experience in prescribed fire. In the future we hope to develop a native plant nursery to offer local genetics in planting projects.
